Before connecting a YouTube account in SND, a channel owner must enable access under its settings:
- Navigate to https://studio.youtube.com/ for your particular channel (if needed, you can switch accounts under your avatar in the top right)
- Go to Settings located on bottom left
- Under settings click Channel > Feature eligibility
- Click on the right side of "Intermediate features" to follow prompts to verify phone number

Once Intermediate features are enabled, you can then onboard your YouTube account in SND.
