If you want to follow certain Twitter accounts or search terms, you can use Search and Listen. You're also able to see the latest tweets from your accounts onboarded to Social News Desk, or take a peek into what's trending on Twitter.
To launch Search and Listen for Twitter, click the + icon > Search and Listen on the left rail of your Dashboard and select from the following Twitter options:
- What's Trending: This will show you the latest Twitter trending topics. You can click on a topic to view it as its own stream.
- User Search: Type in the Twitter account's handle you want to monitor, and hit enter. Click on the green "+" button to the right of the account you'd like to follow. You can view that account's latest tweets in chronological order.
- Keyword Search (including Advanced Search): The results will show users and tweets that match your keyword search. Twitter also has Advanced Search options - use the toggle to the right of the search bar.
- Group Lists allows you to see see the latest tweets from your accounts onboarded to Social News Desk. This can include all Twitter accounts onboarded to Social News Desk across your entire group, or a selection of these accounts. These lists can be sorted by performance thresholds.
For any of these streams, you can click the three dots on the top right to go back to the setup, rename the stream, or remove it from your Dashboard.
