Reports and Post Manager are now housed in a single place called Reporting. New Reports or instances of Post Manager can be opened in individual tabs and saved as Views. Reporting Tabs can be closed and re-opened from All Views.
Opening Post Manager Views
Go to the Reporting tool.
The first time you visit Reporting, a new Post Manager View will open. You can change the filters and time range on the Post Manager View, then Save using the button at the top right of the screen.
To rename the View, click the three dots menu on the tab and select “Edit.”
In the Edit View window, you can rename the View and select the privacy level. Views can be shared with Only Me, or with Everyone on your Team.
To open additional Post Manager Views, click the + button to add a new View. Select Post Manager, then give the new View a name and Save any changes.
Opening Reporting Views
Go to the Reporting tool.
Click All Views at the top of the screen, next to any open tabs.
You’ll see a list of any Views that belong to Only Me, as well as any Views that have been shared with Everyone by other members of your team. To open a View in a tab, click on the name of the View.
When you hover over a View in the list, you’ll also see options to Edit the View in order to change the name or report settings, Clone the View to make a copy of it, and Delete the View. Note that Deleting a View will completely remove it from the list, and any tabs with the View opened will also be deleted (including for other users if the View is shared with Everyone).
Views that are shared with Everyone but created by someone else will only have the option to Clone the View. Only the creator will have the option to Edit or Delete the View. Cloning a view makes a copy that belongs to you, which you can then Edit and Save.
Using Tabs
Views can be opened in tabs within the Reporting tool. To remove the tab, click the three dot menu on the tab and select “Close.” This removes the tab, but does not delete the View. To edit the View settings or change the name of the View, select Edit to open the Settings window.
To reorder your tabs, simply drag and drop them into the desired order.
