Getting Started with Inbox
1. Accessing Inbox
- Log in to your Social News Desk account.
- Navigate to the Inbox tool on the left rail.
- Select the platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Threads) to view corresponding replies, comments, or messages.
2. Reading Replies and Comments
- Inbox consolidates all comments and replies from supported platforms.
- Use filters to sort by platform, date, or type of engagement for easy navigation.
3. Replying to Comments
- Click on a comment from your Inbox feed.
- Type your reply in the provided text box.
- Press Send to post your reply directly to Facebook or Instagram.
Note: Users must have Messaging permissions to reply to comments.

- Read the message details in the preview pane.
- Type your response in the message box and press Send to reply directly to Facebook messages.
