SND's Enterprise Growth Report offers a comprehensive view of multiple reporting units at one time, in a unified report. This report can be created by users with the Manager and Reporting permissions enabled.
To begin setting up your the report, go to Manage Properties at the bottom-left corner of your screen, then select the property you wish to work with.
Click the Social Media Accounts tab, select the account you wish to add to your report, and click on Account Options. There, you'll see the Reporting Unit field. Enter a reporting unit name for this account.
Repeat for any other social accounts you wish to add to the same reporting unit. If you manage multiple properties, you may want to create a separate reporting unit for each property.
Now, return to the Dashboard and select Reports from the left rail.
Click "New Report" and select "Enterprise Growth Report."
Name your report and give it a description. Select your reporting period, desired time zone, delivery frequency and default sort method.
Then, select the reporting units you wish to include in the report. To select all reporting units, click the check box next to the search tool.
If you wish to have the report emailed to you or any other recipients, enter a comma-separated list of email addresses. Note that recipients do not need to have a Social News Desk account to access the report.
Publish report.
To view the report, click the pink "Run Report" button, edit your selections on the modal and click Run.
A display view will be generated, as well as a CSV download and Google Sheets document. The CSV or Google Sheets options are available in the Snapshots dropdown when you hover over a report. This view will give you the most complete view of your reporting units' analytics, broken down by reporting unit and by individual social account.
