How to manage incoming messages in Messenger Experience

The SND Messenger Experience allows you to manage incoming messages in the "Inbox" tab.

Here's how you can access your Inbox:

• Click on Messenger Experience icon to open the SND Messenger Experience.
• Select the Messenger Experience you want to view.
• Click on the "Inbox" tab to view incoming messages.
• You can click on the three different filters under "Conversations" - Response Needed, Bot Answered, All. 
• Click on a conversation to view it in its entirety.
• Reply from here.

Once on the "Inbox" tab, you're able to respond to and filter conversations. Click on "Response Needed" to view conversations that require your response and click on "Bot Answered" to view conversations between users and your station's Messenger Experience. Click on "All" to view all conversations.
