Social News Desk allows managers to assign specific social media accounts to each user, ensuring that all users can work with the accounts they need without seeing accounts they don't use.
To assign social media accounts to users, click on Manage Properties at the bottom left.
Click on the "Users" tab and find the user that needs access. If you don't see the "Users" tab over to the right, make sure you've selected your property from the left side
Once you're in the "Users" tab, click the "Edit User" button on the user you wish to assign accounts to.
Click on the accounts that you need the user to access. This will move the accounts from the "Available" list (left) to the "Assigned" list (right).
Click "Save."
