How to clear cache in Google Chrome & Firefox and SND cache

Google Chrome

From the Menu button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose 'More Tools' and 'Clear Browsing Data.'

Choose the time frame for which you would like to clear your data, and click 'Clear Data.'

Mozilla Firefox

Click the 'Menu' button and select 'Preferences'. Select the 'Privacy & Security' Panel. 

In the 'Cookies and Site Data' section, click 'Clear Data.'

Remove the check mark in front of 'Cookies & Site Data.'

With 'Cached Web Content' check marked, click the 'Clear' button.

For those users with Single Sign On, you can clear your cache with the above link, but then you’ll need to log in again via your SSO provider.
