How to clear cache in Google Chrome & Firefox and SND cache

Google Chrome

Navigate to the Settings menu (three dots in the top right corner), then select History, and Clear browsing data.

Choose a time range (e.g., All time), check the box next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," and click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

Go to Settings, then select Privacy & Security > Clear Data.

From here, select the items you want to remove (such as cookies and cached website data). 

Clearing your SND cache

For those users with Single Sign-On, you can clear your cache with the above link, but keep in mind you’ll need to log in again via your SSO provider.
