In your SND Dashboard, click the Archive icon in the left rail then Connect to Social Network to get started.
Connect a Record Source from the following social platforms:
- X
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Nextdoor
- Threads
- Bluesky
Alternatively, you can import connected accounts directly from your SND Dashboard.
To connect another account later, just click Add Archive.
For each connected account, you’ll see a record count next to it. Hover over the record count to view more details, including:
- Who connected the account
- When the archive and backfill started
- (Depending on the platform) Number of posts, comments, conversations, messages, and photos
To disable an archive, hover over the Edit icon next to the account and toggle the switch off.
Click the Export Archive icon to download a .zip file containing all records from the archive.
If you suspect there was an interruption in archiving (e.g. due to connectivity issues), an Archive Manager can run a backfill to recover missed content.
